服务条款

“Platform”, “we” and “us” mean the operator providing the services listed on this website. “You” and “user” mean the individual or organisation purchasing or using them. The contracting entity and contact details must be disclosed before purchase and match the order and payment information. A change of brand or domain does not remove existing obligations.

“本平台”或“我们”指向您提供本网站所列服务的经营者；“用户”或“您”指购买或使用服务的个人或组织。正式签约主体及联系方式应在订购前明确披露，并与订单及收款信息相符。名称或域名变更本身不免除双方已产生的义务。

Services include virtual servers and add-ons specified in your order. Specifications, location, price, term, delivery arrangements and additional commitments are those confirmed when ordering. Special restrictions must be clearly disclosed before payment. Later website changes cannot retroactively add charges to existing orders.

适用产品包括虚拟服务器及订单中列明的附加服务。配置、机房位置、价格、周期、交付方式及额外承诺以您下单时确认的产品说明和订单为准。特殊限制应在付款前显著说明；不得用后续修改的网页追溯增加既有订单费用。

Payment confirmation does not mean an instance is ready. If review, insufficient capacity or a technical problem prevents delivery, contact support to check progress, agree on delivery or request repayment for the undelivered portion. The billing start must be consistent with the disclosed billing terms and actual delivery records.

付款确认不等同于实例已经可用。因审核、资源不足或技术故障未能交付时，您可通过工单核实进度、协商交付或申请退回未交付部分的款项。起算日期应与订单披露的计费规则及实际交付记录一致。

Provide accurate, reachable contact information. Protect passwords, API keys and recovery credentials; enable multi-factor authentication where available. Limit delegated access and revoke it when no longer needed.

请提供真实且可联系的注册信息，妥善保管密码、API 密钥和恢复凭据，并在可用时启用多因素认证。授权他人管理服务时，应控制权限并及时撤销不再需要的访问。

Report suspected compromise, unexpected charges or unauthorised access promptly through a ticket and retain relevant evidence. Where there are reasonable grounds for concern, we may temporarily protect or restrict affected accounts or services and explain the reason where permitted. Responsibility depends on the facts and applicable law; use of a valid password alone does not establish your authorisation.

发现盗号、异常账单或疑似入侵，请尽快提交工单并保留相关证据。我们可对有合理风险依据的账户或实例采取必要的临时保护措施，并在允许的情况下说明原因。异常操作的责任应依据事实及适用法律判断，不因使用了正确密码就当然认定为用户本人授权。

Renewal invoices are normally generated 14 days before the service due date. When an eligible invoice remains unpaid for 2 overdue days, a 10% late fee is applied, with a minimum of zero; it does not accumulate daily. The invoice and applicable taxes determine the amount. Legal limits and expressly agreed exemptions prevail. Scheduled tasks perform these actions, not necessarily at the exact due time.

续费账单通常在服务到期前 14 天生成。账单逾期达到 2 天仍未支付时，系统按符合条件的未付账单金额加收 10% 滞纳金，最低金额为 0，不按日重复累加。具体金额以账单及适用税费为准；法定限制或另行明确的豁免优先适用。各动作由自动任务执行，不保证在到期时刻精确触发。

Orders must identify currency, price, term and applicable taxes. Generating a renewal invoice is distinct from charging a payment method; automatic charges require authorisation. Request cancellation of future renewals in the client area or through support and cancel any separate recurring-payment profile as required by the payment provider.

订单应明确币种、价格、周期和适用税费。自动生成续费账单与自动扣款是不同事项；自动扣款须有相应授权。您可通过客户区或工单申请取消后续续费，并按支付渠道要求取消独立的付款订阅。

Shutting down or not using a server does not stop billing for reserved resources. Usage-based products must disclose units, measurement periods, overage rates and access to usage information in advance. Undisclosed backend settings alone do not authorise extra charges.

周期内主动关机或未登录，不自动停止已订购资源的计费。按量产品必须预先说明计量单位、统计周期、超额单价和查询方式，不能仅依据未向用户披露的后台设置收取额外费用。

Refunds, disputes and payment investigations follow applicable law and payment-provider rules. We welcome an opportunity to resolve transaction concerns through support without limiting your lawful dispute, refund or complaint rights.

退款、付款争议和支付渠道调查应依法及按渠道规则处理。欢迎先通过工单核对异常交易，但本条款不限制您合法的争议、退款或投诉权利。

Shared vCPUs are not dedicated physical cores. A port speed is not a guaranteed download rate to every destination at all times. Dedicated resources, traffic allowances, metering direction and overage handling follow the applicable product disclosure.

共享 vCPU 不等于独享物理核心；标称端口速率不等于任何时间、任何目的地均可达到的下载速度。独享资源、流量额度、计量方向及超额处理方式，应以对应产品明确披露的内容为准。

Public IPv4, shared NAT IPv4, IPv6 and private addresses have different uses. NAT services include only the mapped ports specified in the order, not a dedicated public IPv4 address. IPv6 requires compatible connectivity at the accessing endpoint. Unlisted inbound ports, PTR records or special network features are not implicitly included.

公网 IPv4、共享 NAT IPv4、IPv6 和私网地址具有不同用途。NAT 产品仅提供订单列明的映射端口，不代表拥有独立公网 IPv4；IPv6 服务需要访问端具备相应连通能力。未列明的入站端口、PTR 或特殊网络功能不应被理解为已包含。

Do not use unassigned addresses, impersonate another user's network identity or evade resource limits. If an instance threatens the host, shared network or other users, proportionate rate limits, isolation or suspension may be applied. Ordinary issues should be explained with an opportunity to correct them; urgent risks may require action before notification.

不得占用未分配的 IP、伪造其他用户的网络身份或绕过资源限制。若某实例危及宿主机、共享网络或其他用户，可采取与风险相称的限速、隔离或暂停措施；一般问题应说明依据并提供整改机会，紧急风险可先处置后通知。

Routes, upstream providers or addresses may change for maintenance or resource adjustments. Planned changes should be notified in advance where practicable, with necessary migration information. Material effects on promised service require an appropriate remedy; this clause does not permit arbitrary reductions of paid specifications.

线路、上游及地址可能因维护或资源调整而变化。计划性变更应尽可能提前通知并提供必要迁移信息；若实质影响已承诺的服务，应协商补救，不以本条作为任意削减付费配置的依据。

Network attacks, unauthorised intrusion or scanning, credential theft, phishing, fraud, malware distribution, unlawful content and infringement of others' intellectual property are prohibited. Legitimate security testing requires advance authorisation from the target owner and must not disrupt other tenants.

禁止利用服务实施网络攻击、未经授权的入侵或扫描、凭据窃取、钓鱼诈骗、恶意软件传播、非法内容传播及侵害他人知识产权等行为。合法的安全测试应事先取得目标系统所有者授权，且不得影响其他租户。

Permission for load tests, sustained intensive computing, public proxies, resale or nested virtualisation depends on the product description and resource conditions agreed in advance. Undisclosed thresholds are not grounds for retroactive penalties for ordinary use.

压力测试、长期高负载计算、公开代理、转售及嵌套虚拟化是否允许，应根据产品说明和事先确认的资源条件判断；本平台不以未披露的隐藏阈值追溯处罚正常使用。

After an abuse complaint, we may request a reasonable explanation, cessation of activity or remediation. Reports should identify the affected resource, time, conduct and verifiable evidence. You may challenge a report through support. Emergency containment is not a final determination of responsibility.

收到滥用投诉后，我们可要求提供合理说明、停止相关活动或修复安全问题。投诉应包含可核查的对象、时间、行为和证据。用户可通过工单提出异议；紧急处置不等同于最终认定责任。

Spam, deceptive sender information and unauthorised bulk messages are prohibited. Marketing email must comply with applicable consent, sender-identification and unsubscribe requirements. Account and billing notifications must not be used to disguise unauthorised marketing.

禁止垃圾邮件、欺骗性发件信息和未经许可的批量发送。发送营销邮件时，应满足适用法律关于同意、身份披露及退订的要求；账户或账单通知不得作为夹带未经许可营销内容的借口。

TCP port 25 may be restricted by a datacentre or upstream provider. Availability depends on approval for the specific service. An application may require the intended use, estimated volume, domain and anti-abuse measures. We do not promise approval without review or guarantee delivery or inbox placement.

TCP 25 端口可能受机房或上游限制；开放与否须以对应服务的实际批准结果为准。申请时可要求说明用途、预计发送量、域名及反滥用措施。我们不承诺未经审核即可开放端口，也不保证特定邮件平台接收或进入收件箱。

PTR requests require a valid domain you are authorised to manage and compliance with the address provider's verification requirements. Relevant parties remain responsible for forward DNS, domain content, email authentication and sender reputation. A PTR record does not guarantee delivery.

PTR 反向解析申请须使用您有权管理的有效域名，并满足地址资源提供方的验证要求。正向解析、域名内容、邮件认证和发送信誉应由相关责任方共同维护；设置 PTR 本身不等于邮件投递保证。

You retain rights to your content. Processing for operation, migration or maintenance you request must be limited to what is necessary and does not authorise unrelated use.

用户保留其数据和内容的权利。为完成运行、迁移或用户请求的维护而进行的数据处理，应限于必要范围；不得据此将客户内容用于无关用途。

Ordinary VPS plans do not include managed backups or data recovery unless expressly included in the order. Keep important data in an independent location and verify restoration. Available snapshots or reinstall images do not imply that we hold other recoverable historical copies. Separately purchased backup services follow their stated scope.

普通 VPS 套餐不包含代备份或数据恢复服务，除非订单明确列明。请自行将重要数据备份到独立位置，并验证副本可以恢复。客户区如提供快照或重装镜像，不代表我们另有可供恢复的历史数据。额外购买的备份服务按该服务的说明执行。

Reinstallation, disk deletion, snapshot restoration and termination may overwrite or delete data; confirm the impact before proceeding. Collection, retention and disclosure of identity, billing and log information must be explained in a separate privacy policy reflecting actual practices and comply with applicable law. These terms do not authorise unrestricted access to or disclosure of customer data.

重装、删除磁盘、恢复快照和终止实例可能覆盖或删除数据，执行前应确认影响范围。涉及身份、账单及日志的收集、保存和披露，应另以符合实际处理情况的隐私政策说明，并遵守适用法律；本条不构成无限制查看或披露客户数据的授权。

Cancelling renewal, immediately terminating service and requesting a refund are different actions. Specify the intended end date and export needed data before termination. Irreversible effects of a cancellation action should be explained before confirmation.

取消自动续费、立即终止服务和申请退款属于不同操作。提交请求时应明确期望的终止时间，并在终止前导出必要数据。客户区取消操作如存在不可逆影响，应在确认前说明。

A service may be automatically suspended after 1 overdue day and terminated, with deletion of the VPS and its data, after 3 overdue days. Both periods run from the service due date, not from suspension. Renew or export data before expiry. Access or backup during suspension is not guaranteed. Recovery after deletion is not promised, and later payment does not guarantee restoration. Task execution, payment posting, exemptions and module results affect timing; delayed execution is not an additional grace period.

服务逾期达到 1 天可自动暂停；逾期达到 3 天可自动终止并删除 VPS 及其数据。这些天数分别从服务到期日计算，不是从暂停日重新计算。请在到期前续费或导出数据；暂停期间不保证仍可访问或备份。删除后不承诺恢复，事后付款不保证找回实例。自动处理受任务执行、支付入账、人工豁免及模块结果影响，不能因系统暂未执行而认为获得额外宽限期。

Where a product offers an additional refund guarantee, first-purchase deadlines, usage thresholds, renewal eligibility and actually incurred non-refundable costs must be disclosed before purchase. These terms provide no universal unconditional money-back promise and do not exclude legally required remedies for non-delivery, duplicate payments or non-conforming service.

如产品提供额外退款保障，首购退款期限、资源使用门槛、续费退款及已实际产生的不可退成本须在购买前披露。本条款不设定统一的“无条件退款”承诺，也不排除未交付、重复付款、服务不符合约定等情形下依法应有的救济。

Approved refunds normally return through the original payment method. If unavailable, we will verify the recipient and agree on handling, rather than compel account credit in place of a legally required monetary refund. Deductions require prior disclosure and must be permitted by law and payment rules.

核准退款原则上退回原支付路径；确实无法原路退回时，应核实收款人并协商处理，不强制以平台余额替代依法应退的现金。仅可在法律及支付规则允许、且事先披露的范围内扣除费用。

If we discontinue operations or end prepaid service early for reasons not attributable to you, we should explain migration arrangements and lawfully address unperformed service fees. Termination for misconduct must be proportionate to the evidence, impact and actual losses; it does not automatically forfeit the entire account balance.

因本平台停止经营或非用户原因提前结束已付费服务，应说明迁移安排，并依法处理未履行部分的费用。因违规终止的处理应与证据、影响及实际损失相称，不当然没收全部账户余额。

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the order, VPS services are unmanaged. Basic support covers troubleshooting the host, virtualisation platform and platform-side network. Guest-system configuration, software errors, application deployment, migration, patches and security hardening remain your responsibility. Templates and reinstall tools are not a promise to administer your applications.

除订单另有明确约定外，本平台提供非托管 VPS。基础支持范围为宿主机、虚拟化平台及平台侧网络问题的排查。系统内部的安装配置、软件报错、环境部署、迁移、补丁和安全加固由用户负责；可用的系统模板或重装功能不构成应用运维承诺。

Tickets are queued according to impact and available support resources. We do not promise immediate responses, continuous human staffing or a fixed resolution time. Without a separately confirmed SLA, there is no fixed uptime percentage or automatic compensation schedule. Express product or order commitments and statutory obligations still apply.

工单按问题影响和处理资源排队，不承诺即时响应、全天候人工值守或固定解决时限。没有单独确认的 SLA 时，不提供固定在线率或自动补偿标准；产品或订单已明确作出的承诺及法定责任不受此限制。

Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable; failures, security incidents or urgent upstream work may prevent advance notice. Additional software work requires separate agreement on acceptance, scope and fees.

计划维护尽可能提前公告；故障、安全事件或上游紧急操作可能无法预先通知。涉及额外软件维护的请求，可由双方另行确认是否承接、工作范围和费用。

Include the service ID, time, symptoms and necessary logs in a fault report, but avoid plaintext passwords. Compensation requests are assessed against actual commitments and incident records without limiting statutory rights.

故障工单请提供服务编号、时间、错误现象及必要日志，避免提交明文密码。赔偿或服务补偿请求应根据实际承诺和故障记录审查，不影响适用法律赋予用户的权利。

These terms take effect immediately. Material changes to prices, refunds, data deletion or liability require appropriate notice. Failure to revisit this page does not authorise retroactive reductions of existing rights.

本条款即日生效。涉及价格、退款、数据删除或重要责任变化，应进行适当通知；不得仅凭用户未访问条款页面即追溯变更既有权益。

Each party bears responsibility according to its fault, agreements and applicable law. These terms do not exclude non-excludable liability, automatically excuse our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or treat every third-party event as an exemption.

双方按各自过错、约定及适用法律承担责任。本条款不排除依法不得排除的责任，不当然免除本平台自身故意或重大过失造成的责任，也不将第三方原因一概作为免责依据。

Raise disputes through client-area tickets or published contact channels and retain order, payment and service records. The provider is the entity disclosed before purchase; if unclear, obtain confirmation before paying. These terms impose neither an exclusive court nor mandatory arbitration. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined under relevant law.

发生争议时，可通过客户区工单或网站公布的联系渠道协商，并保存订单、付款及服务记录。服务提供方以订购前披露的经营主体为准；如主体信息不明确，请先联系确认再付款。本条款不另行约定排他性法院或强制仲裁，适用法律及管辖依相关法律确定。

Mandatory law prevails over conflicting provisions; independently enforceable provisions are not automatically invalidated.

任何条款如与适用的强制性法律冲突，以该法律为准，其余可独立适用的内容不因此当然失效。
